Indian markets dip nearly 300 points after seven-day rallying streak

Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], October 25 (ANI): Indices of Indian markets fell on Tuesday after gaining for seven consecutive days as BSE Sensex dipped 287.70 points to 59,543.96 while Nifty50 went down by 74 points to settle at 17,656 level.

On Wednesday, while gold is trading on the higher side of the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), silver is trading on the lower side. Check city-wise rates here.
By India Today Web Desk: For the third day in a row, gold stood on the higher side of the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) on Wednesday, whereas silver rates were retailing on the lower side.
Recording a hike of Rs 114 or 0.23 percent, gold futures, maturing on December 5, 2022, stood at Rs 50,560 per 10 grams on the MCX.
Meanwhile, silver futures, maturing on December 5, 2022, witnessed a dip of Rs 2 and were retailing at Rs 58,999 per kg on the MCX.
Notably, the prices of gold and silver stood at Rs 50,502 per 10 grams and Rs 58,846 per kg respectively when the market closed on November 1.
